More than 50,000 refugees and asylum seekers have lately been struggling to survive are in Greece awaiting for asylum, relocation or family reunification to be decided.
They all require legal assistance and their rights to be protected.
Nevertheless, the provision of legal aid is slow and lacks clarity. The following observations are drawn from the experience of organisations assisting asylum seekers on the ground.
